Actually it's you who I need to thank, for drawing so many MIRACULOUS and surprising artpieces!\(≧▽≦)/!
Both of your Chat Noir paintings have something related to the very soul of the chatacter itself behind the surface: a sense of subtle seduction, delicate humor, rare maturity, intriguing mystery, bold expression of pride and melancholy retrospection of youth.
I just love your first one! The Eiffel Tower completes a perfect triangle with Chat's face and shoulder, which has added a mystical atmosphere to the theme. From his look of mysterious pensiveness, I think beside showing the theme of his original personalities and great achievement, it also reveals the inevitable fading of time. Comparing to the younger Chat, he is more sedate and wise, with the pride and 'elegance sauvage' that was not much left from the beginning, reminding people of his younger years and those extraodinary legends at his time. In this painiting, he stood in the light under the starry night sky of Paris, lost in thoughts about the past years when he just began to take up the job as a superhero and had also stood in the same spot then, only that those wonderful times would never come back again.
